She was born on Tuesday March 23rd, 1948, in Robeson County. She was the daughter of the late A.D. and Pearl Wilkins Revels. She is preceded in death by her brothers Bobby Eugene Revels (Belva) and Walter “Junior” Revels (Sally), three sisters Wanda Pearl Revels, Rev. She was a child of God and gave him all the praise and glory daily for giving her the strength to battle and triumph over pancreatic cancer, giving her more memorable years with her family. She loved spending time with her family and took pride in her home. She loved making others smile and laugh with her spunky love for life. She enjoyed baking, working in her yard and watching football cheering for her Carolina Panthers whether they won or lost. She always said you couldn’t be a true fan one sided. She devoted most of her life to textile work, where she worked diligently and took pride in her craft. She was a faithful member of Kingdom Place, where she found comfort and peace worshipping among her church family. She was a loved mother.
To know her was to love her. She leaves behind memories that will be forever cherished in the hearts of her loved ones as she rests in the arms of our Heavenly Father.
